Transportation and movement of pails requires a very unique set of parameters that do not apply to any other product. This particularly applies to interfacing between the filling operation and the lid dispenser, insomuch as the pails need to be accurately spaced to fully utilize all other equipment involved. Pails also need to be able to accumulate without ‘back pressure’ and without spilling the product.

We can provide the appropriate type of conveyor required (determined by the application) and with a view to reducing manpower by automating the filling operation.
