Beautifully simplistic in design, it is both affordable and effective for the plastic pail filling function. The unit can fit easily into any existing conveyor line, or it can be adapted to a completely automated system.

This semi-automatic filling machine can handle all types of liquids and easily fills any size of container from ½ gallon up to 10 gallons. Due to its fast filling cycle it can fill up to eight 5 gallon pails per minute [depending on product viscosity]. Changing container size is quick and simple, as is re-calibrating the repeatable weight setting.

Available with either submersible wand (series 5000PS) or dripless head (series 5000PDH), this filling machine is totally air-operated, explosion-proof, and all wetted parts are stainless steel or teflon. It has an accuracy of ± ¼% by weight. This is determined by means of a mechanical balance beam. A digital electronic system is available if more exact accuracy is required.

The digital electronic models only are also available in stainless steel construction.
