Automatic Filling and Lid Closing for Pails
Pail-Mate now offers a fully automated pail filling and lid closing system for those who are seeking to reduce labor to its lowest point. This system is available in both stainless steel wash-down, or carbon painted steel

Operational Procedure: Empty pails are loaded onto the infeed accumulation and singulation conveyor. The first pail will activate the powered belt of the filling machine, which will transport it to the filling position beneath the fill head (top or submersible fill available). All other empty pails will remain in the stopped position on the infeed conveyor. Once the pail in the filling position has been filled to its target weight, it is automatically transferred into the lid placing & lid closing machine and will be discharged onto a conveyor to be taken to the palletizing area. Once the filled pail has moved forward from the filling position, this will trigger the next empty pail on the infeed conveyor forward to the filling position again. Video example
