The latest innovative addition to our PAIL-Mate combination Lid Closing and Lid Dispensing machine.

This quiet and efficient lid feeding mechanism can store four stacks of lids, automatically placing the leading or front stack in the Lid Dispenser when required.

It re-loads the Lid Dispenser automatically, thereby eliminating manual re-loading. This essentially provides an operator more time to perform other functions.

The Lid Feeder is a totally modular design, constructed of lightweight anodized aluminum, air operated and controlled by PLC.

With the addition of this unit, our Lid Dispenser becomes fully automatic and easier to cost justify.
