A new addition to our pail handling line. The L'il Capper fulfills the same function as the PAILmate Lid Closing Machine. It has the same speed, flexibility and efficiency as our full size PAILmate Lid Closer - but it’s designed to straddle your existing belt conveyor to fulfill the lid closing operation. This is an ideal unit for those customers who do not have space in their pail line to add machinery. The L'il Capper has a variable speed motor, and can lid containers ranging in height from 3” to 17”. Simply mount it above your belt conveyor, and adjust the variable speed controller of the L'il Capper to match the existing belt conveyor speed - it’s that easy!

• Explosion Proof Motor Package

An efficient, affordable solution to low volume batch production products. Quiet in operation, explosion proof (air operated), it can easily be adjusted to suit any size of plastic pail. Features include “Dead-Man” or two-handed controls for safety, as well as air pressure and flow-controls for fine-tuning when using thinner walled pails. The Lid Press is mounted on a 4’section of castor mounted heavy duty gravity roller conveyor. Lid Close in any location. Simply attach air supply (80 PSI)
