Shipping Policy

Carriers
We use UPS to deliver our Spare Parts orders.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of your product(s) and your location.  Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the shipping charge will be.  At this point you will have the option to place the order, or not to place the order.

Order Tracking
If a Tracking Number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Back Orders
If any item goes on back order we will ship the complete order when this item becomes available, unless customer requests alternate arrangements.


Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

How To Return an Item
Item must be returned in original, unused condition (unless there is a manufacturing defect) within 30 days of delivery.

Please email returns@pailmate.com to request a Return Authorization Number.  No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Return Exceptions
Large Equipment and Special / Custom ordered items cannot be returned.  These include (but are not limited to) Lid Closing machines, Filling machines, and Conveyors.

Re-Stocking Fees
All returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.  We do not refund original Shipping & Handling charges.
